We introduce you to the Unfiltered Series. An anonymous support group where untold stories can be shared.
We’ve been listening to stories from so many black and brown women in our industry who have experienced tokenization and it’s a real issue. It exists. How can we address this and strive for change? We know there are many untold stories and we wanted to create a safe space, where these stories could be shared anonymously.
This isn’t about lashing out or dragging XYZ company (as we know a lot of you work there) but we think it’s important for these stories to be shared. And not have them bottled up inside of us.
